A talk about finding your own personal way to create prints, edition them and finally prepare for exhibition. Kevin will go through the positive and negative aspects of the process and how to make informed decisions about all the steps involved in handling work as an artist. Looking at various techniques - lino, screenprint, intaglio - you will get an insight into applications for your own work. Kevin will also discuss his own work with other artists in the past and how they inspired his decision making. Full of examples and a lifetime of tips, this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to discuss a vital part of making, planning and managing works on paper. There will be discussion of materials, practical discussions of the various ways to edition and the factors affecting print runs alongside opportunity to ask those questions that have always vexed you by an artist and teacher in an open and relaxed session.
