As an LPW member you always have access to the team for day to day help but did you ever want that little bit extra? Time to focus on an idea you are wrestling with? Help mastering a particular technique problem?
Spend time with a member of the team looking at your work and either get hands on to solve technical problems or talk about developing your ideas and direction. We can do portfolio checks, advise on best practice or help you edit and direct your latest body of work.
These half hour slots will be bookable with the team and are your opportunity to shake off the winter blues and get back into the studio and making work! Please do remember that as a member you can always get help with studio kit, reminders about studio use etc as part of your membership at any time. If you feel you might need a full hour, please book 2 slots.
If you want a full induction into a new area or technique these are also free and are part of your membership. However there may be something you wish to discuss that steps away from these issues and here is your opportunity to access the team.

Leicester Print Workshop
Leicester Print Workshop is the regional development centre for printmaking. Established by artists in 1986, we are a registered charity, supported by Arts Council England. Our RIBA award-winning building is situated in Leicester City Centre's Cultural Quarter and is home to a large, well equipped open access Printmaking Studio.
We have over 30 years’ experience of teaching people printmaking. Our programme offers the largest number and broadest range of printmaking courses in the region, with courses suitable for beginners as well as experienced printmakers, delivered by practicing artists and nationally renowned tutors. Participants learn in small and friendly groups in our purpose-designed studio.

In person: Call in to Leicester Print Workshop during our opening hours (Wednesday - Saturday, 10am - 5pm) to book and pay by card, cash or cheque.
Pre-course information: We will send you details of how to find us and what to bring with you when we process your booking.
