Sumiko Eadon

Sumiko Eadon is an artist and freelance printmaking tutor based in Loughborough. Printmaking is in the narrative of Sumiko’s encounter with art. Its uncertainty, fortunate surprise and technical challenge interact with her thought process. Heavily photographic based, her recent work explores space, place, temporality and mnemonic contemplation.

Linocut Card Making Taster

Saturday 3rd February 10.00am - 1.00pm

In this taster course you will make your own original linocut greeting cards. Bring a simple image and make a card to celebrate your loved ones’ special day.

Wood Engraving Taster

Saturday 10th February 10.00am - 1.00pm

A morning taster course introducing wood engraving. Working on a small scale you will use specialist tools to cut a design into an end grain wood block.
