Karen Goodwin Legg

Karen Goodwin Legg is an artist and printmaker. Her work explores nature and the apparent paradox of its fragility and strength in adverse conditions, and of its patience in response to mankind’s endeavours to impose its control. She engages with the exploration of the concept of the garden, itself an expression of man to control nature within bounds of varying formality and the significance and value of the garden in harsh environments.

Master of Arts, Printmaking, Camberwell College of Art. London, 2002.
Bachelor of Arts, Fine Art, Loughborough College of Art and Design, 1995.
