Course Booking Information

Booking a course

To make a booking, please visit our courses page and make your booking online. It’s really easy to book online, and you will be redirected to our Shopify store to complete your booking.

Group sizes on LPW courses vary between 4 – 12 participants, depending on the technique. We keep the numbers limited to ensure the best possible experience for those attending. All our courses are suitable for people with no printmaking experience unless otherwise stated.

If you would like to book a course and have any specific needs you want us to be aware of please contact us to talk them through.

Once you have placed your booking, we will send participants all necessary pre-course information via email within 10 days. Please read this for more detailed information and contact us with any queries or concerns.

Cancellation Policy

LPW will refund your course payment in full if you cancel within 14 days of making your booking (however, if your booking was made within 14 days of the course start, a 10% admin fee will be charged).

If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before the course is due to start, you will be eligible for a refund minus the 10% admin fee. We are not able to offer refunds for courses cancelled 14 or less days from the course start date.

To cancel a place on a course, please complete and return a Course Cancellation Form.

LPW reserves the right to determine participants’ eligibility and to cancel courses and will endeavour to give 7 days’ notice. A full refund will be made in these circumstances.
