Serena Smith
Serena Smith is a fine art lithographer, artist and educator. Alongside the making and shaping of her own visual ideas she provides specialised technical support and education in lithography for artists.
Serena trained at the Curwen Studio, where she was Stanley Jones’ assistant for twelve years. As principal technical collaborator she has worked on a wide range of lithography projects with many artists including Prunella Clough, Richard Deacon, RB Kitaj, Victor Pasmore, Ana Maria Pacheco and Michael Rothenstein; recent and ongoing projects include work with artists Matt Small, Chris Gollon and Anne Lynch.
Based in the East Midlands Serena is lithography tutor/technician at Leicester Print Workshop, studio lithographer at Goldmark Atelier, Uppingham, and consultant lithography tutor at Curwen Print Study Centre, Cambridge.
