Volunteering and Work Placement
Our small staff team enjoys the help and support of a number of brilliant volunteers. If you are interested in building your experience in the studio or in the office or with community events please do get in touch with Katharine or Lucy and we will let you know of any volunteer vacancies or will keep your details until one arises to suit you.
Unfunded Artist in Residence
LPW Artist in Residency Programme is open to all experienced printmakers and is designed to encourage artists to create new work for exhibitions and to bring new ideas and vibrancy to Leicester Print Workshop.
Applications have now closed for 2012. We will be in touch with all applicants with more information soon.
We take on one Unfunded Artist in Residence each year. Please keep checking back for information about our AiR opportunities for 2013.
Textile Artist Residency
LPW is looking for a practising textile artist to use the studio on a regular basis as the in-house resident expert for a 6 to 12 month period to begin in the Summer of 2012.
Whilst unpaid the post holder will have free use of the studio during open access hours and a modest materials budget. It is expected that they also join the LPW team of specialist tutors and will therefore have the opportunity to gain paid employment as a sessional tutor, during and after the residency.
