LPW is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible, highly motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our team.

As the Finance Officer you will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of tasks to ensure LPW’s financial operations are effective, efficient and accurate.

Join our Board

We are looking for 4 new trustees, including a Company Secretary and a Treasurer

The LPW Board has the overall legal responsibility for the charity. It is a productive, dynamic, and values driven team of committed individuals. Through strategic planning, decision making, and scrutiny, the Board supports the continuing development of Leicester Print Workshop and the implementation of our Business Plan. With tenure of 3 years (which can be repeated once) Leicester Print Workshop has a healthy turnover of Trustees and is looking for new members to join the board in 2022.

In particular, we seek a Company Secretary (also Trustee), a Treasurer (also Trustee) and up to 2 additional Trustees, at least one with a HR specialism.

ARTIST OPPORTUNITY: Take part in our Print Bazaar

We are delighted to be hosting our next Print Bazaar on Saturday 16th July 2022. The whole Studio will be open once again, this time showcasing printmakers from across the UK and promoting printmaking in all of its various forms; including relief, letterpress, intaglio, monoprint, silkscreen, bookmaking and lithography.

The Print Bazaar is a unique opportunity for artists to display and sell their work in a Printmaking Studio, amongst our incredible presses and facilities, giving visitors a chance to learn more about how original prints are made.

Applications are open to all printmakers, and will be limited to 20 stalls in total. Applications will be accessed on a first come first serve basis, with an aim to represent a variety of printmaking techniques.

The deadline for applications is Monday 16th May, at midnight. Leicester Print Workshop will respond to all applicants by Monday 23rd May.

LPW volunteers are a valuable addition to our team, supporting us with a range of tasks and activities.

We are currently looking to recruit regular Events Volunteers to help us to deliver our Cultural Quarter Earlies programme of free family printmaking activities here at Leicester Print Workshop. Cultural Quarter Earlies takes place on the second Saturday of each month, from 12pm – 4pm. We are looking for volunteers that can help us deliver these activities each month. There may be additional activities that volunteers can get involved in too, such as LPW events and open days.
